Dueker butterfly valve – in all variants.Reliable, flow-optimised and robust.

It is available in pressure ratings PN 10/16/25 according to EN 1074 Part 1+2, the face-to-face length corresponds to EN 558 basic series 14, it is resilient-seated, with an adjustable end stop and has a fully enamelled valve disc with double-eccentric shaft bearing – this is the basic version of our Dueker butterfly valve. With or without a hand wheel – this butterfly valve is more than standard, it is top of the class.

On request, your Düker butterfly valve can be supplied with AUMA electric actuator. Other electric or pneumatic part-turn actuators are available on request.

Ventilation is required for a pipeline with several high-lying sections. For this purpose, the Dueker butterfly valve is available with a face-to-face length according to EN 558 basic series 15. This long design with a bypass has its own, smaller dimensioned shut-off valve, which can be opened before the main valve. Both valves remain open during supply. Shut-off then takes place in reverse order – first the main valve, then the bypass valve. Ventilation problems and pressure surges do not occur during this process – or are negligible.

If required, the long version is also available without a bypass – for example, if you want to ventilate via valves and block flanges upstream and downstream of the body seat. We also offer special designs for this scenario if required.

If the butterfly valve is to be integrated into a cast iron, steel or PE pipe by means of a socket coupling, the butterfly valve with NOVO double chamber socket guarantees a strong connection. This double-sided push-in socket complies with DIN 28603 TYTON® with an additional antechamber for use of the Dueker NOVO-SIT® system. It is coated inside and out with etec enamel according to DEV (German Enamellers’ Association) guidelines for soil class III, ISO 11177. All elastomers and plastic parts are DVGW (German Association for Gas and Water Applications) tested and registered according to KTW (plastics in drinking water) recommendations and DVGW W 270.You can find all product information herehier.

We can do virtually anything. In close cooperation with our customers, we can manufacture, for example, valves with additional block flanges – to create ventilation upstream and downstream of the seal. We also offer butterfly valves with a locking system to protect pipes and personnel during repair and maintenance work. There are various options for locking the valve disc in the closed and/or open position – either a butterfly valve with locking flange or with three-point locking.

Make it more compact: with their short face-to-face lengths and low overall heights, inter-flange valves are a cost-effective alternative to gate valves – and a space-saving one at that.

The type 480 series ring butterfly valves are resilient-seated, centric butterfly valves made of ductile cast iron – DVGW-certified for water. The “wafer” design for being wedged between flanges is available from DN 25 to DN 600; the “lug” design with flange holes with internal threads DN 50 to DN 400 is screwed between two flanges or acts as an end valve.

The shear banded coupling has a special profile contour. Larger nominal diameters available upon request. No additional flange gaskets are required for installation – a plus for easy assembly. The stainless steel valve disc has a flow-optimised shape. Thanks to its rounded edge, no high torques are required for operation. Hand levers, gears and hand wheels, electric actuators or pneumatic actuators are all possible drive systems. Thanks to the universal drive flange with square, it is easy to switch between the different drive variants.
