They are available with or without a hand wheel, with an electric actuator, with a stem extension set with or without a position indicator as well as with a hydraulic or pneumatic rotary actuator – the Dueker butterfly valve. Whichever variant you choose, it will be made of ductile cast iron and fully enamelled according to the requirements of DEV (German Enamellers’ Association) guidelines and ISO 11177. This signifies top quality and a long service life – it functions reliably, can withstand a lot and is incredibly versatile.

Dueker butterfly valves have a flow-optimised, double eccentrically mounted valve disc. The coupling between the disc and the shaft is created by a square plug-in coupling, which guarantees reliable and easy operation. The Dueker slider crank mechanism gear has stood the test of time. At a constant input speed, the closing speed decreases continuously to ensure that the slider crank mechanism gear closes softly. This effectively reduces or completely prevents pressure surges. The gearbox is encapsulated watertight (International Protection Code IP 68) and has a mechanical position indicator (OPEN/CLOSED)..

Düker butterfly valves are available in almost all sizes - from DN 100 to DN 1200 in the pressure stages PN 10, PN 16 and - on request - PN 25. Up to DN 800, the butterfly valves are enameled inside and outside. From DN 900, they are coated on the outside with 2-component epoxy paint. It is available in pressure ratings PN 10/16/25 according to EN 1074 Part 1+2, the face-to-face length corresponds to EN 558 basic series 14, it is resilient-seated, with an adjustable end stop and has a fully enamelled valve disc with double-eccentric shaft bearing – this is the basic version of our Dueker butterfly valve. With or without a hand wheel – this butterfly valve is more than standard, it is top of the class.

Butterfly valves in a long design. With or without a bypass.
Ventilation is required for a pipeline with several high-lying sections. For this purpose, the Dueker butterfly valve is available with a face-to-face length according to EN 558 basic series 15. This long design with a bypass has its own, smaller dimensioned shut-off valve, which can be opened before the main valve. Both valves remain open during supply. Shut-off then takes place in reverse order – first the main valve, then the bypass valve. Ventilation problems and pressure surges do not occur during this process – or are negligible.
If required, the long version is also available without a bypass – for example, if you want to ventilate via valves and block flanges upstream and downstream of the body seat. We also offer special designs for this scenario if required.

Butterfly valves with Novo sockets.Perfect for changes in material.
If the butterfly valve is to be integrated into a cast iron, steel or PE pipe by means of a socket coupling, the butterfly valve with NOVO double chamber socket guarantees a strong connection. This double-sided push-in socket complies with DIN 28603 TYTON® with an additional antechamber for use of the Dueker NOVO-SIT® system. It is coated inside and out with etec enamel according to DEV (German Enamellers’ Association) guidelines for soil class III, ISO 11177. All elastomers and plastic parts are DVGW (German Association for Gas and Water Applications) tested and registered according to KTW (plastics in drinking water) recommendations and DVGW W 270.You can find all product information herehier.

Butterfly valves in special designs.Customised in close cooperation with the customer.
We can do virtually anything. In close cooperation with our customers, we can manufacture, for example, valves with additional block flanges – to create ventilation upstream and downstream of the seal. We also offer butterfly valves with a locking system to protect pipes and personnel during repair and maintenance work. There are various options for locking the valve disc in the closed and/or open position – either a butterfly valve with locking flange or with three-point locking.

Absperrklappen in Zwischenflanschausführung.Lieber kurz statt lang.
Mit ihren kurzen Baulängen und niedrigen Bauhöhen sind Zwischenflanschklappen eine wirtschaftliche und platzsparende Alternative zu Absperrschiebern.
Die Ringabsperrklappen der Baureihe Typ 480 sind weichdichtende, zentrische Absperrklappen aus duktilem Gusseisen - DVGW-zertifiziert für Wasser. Die Bauform "Wafer" zum Einklemmen zwischen Flanschen ist in DN 25 bis DN 600 erhältlich - die Bauform "Lug" mit Flanschlöchern mit Innengewinde DN 50 bis DN 400 wird zwischen zwei Flanschen verschraubt oder dient als Endarmatur.
Die Manschettendichtung verfügt über eine besondere Profilkontur. Für den Einbau sind keine zusätzlichen Flanschdichtungen erforderlich, ein Plus für die einfache Montage.
Die Klappenscheibe aus Edelstahl ist strömungsgünstig geformt. Dank ihrer abgerundeten Kante sind keine hohen Drehmomente für die Bedienung erforderlich. Als Antrieb sind Handhebel, Getriebe und Handrad, Elektroantrieb oder auch Schwenk-, Regel- und Pneumatikantrieb möglich. Dank des universellen Antriebsflanschs mit Vierkant ist ein Umbau zwischen den Antriebsvarianten problemlos möglich.
