Dueker is the only company that manufactures cast iron drainpipes and fittings in Germany. According to the European standard EN 877. It may surprise you to learn that these products are incredibly sustainable. Because even though the production of cast iron is energy-intensive, the material itself is made from 100% scrap iron – and it is virtually 100% recyclable. But before this point in their lifecycle, the pipes and fittings reliably and durably carry out the task for which they were made: water disposal.

The appeal of grey cast iron as a material lies in its tensile strength, pressure resistance, shear strength, low length expansion and elasticity. The product advantages are significant: cast iron with lamellar graphite is non-combustible. Fire protection doesn’t get better than this. The same applies to sound insulation. Cast iron is UV stable and does not age or become brittle. You can rely on cast iron and Dueker drainage technology.
