Ventilation and bleeding valves.Effective airflow management for the safe operation of pipes.
STRATE ventilation and bleeding valves ensure controlled air extraction and air supply in pressure pipes. They protect pipe networks from negative pressure, air locks and water hammer – for greater safety, efficiency and durability in sewage technology.

ventilation and bleeding valves
ventilation and bleeding valves for pressure pipes.Secure air flow for reliable system operation.
In pressure pipes, the controlled intake and exhaust of air is essential – both during filling and emptying, and whilst the pressure pipe is in operation. STRATE venting valves are technically sophisticated for these tasks and ensure safe and uninterrupted operation.
Depending on requirements, STRATE offers single-stage and two-stage valves – for coarse or fine venting, as well as for venting under negative pressure. All valves are manufactured from high-quality materials and are suitable for different pressure levels and media.
An overview of our valve types:
BEV-GF (two-stage)
Combined coarse and fine bleeding in a compact housing – for applications with fluctuating pressure conditions and increased air volume requirements. High points that require rapid venting once the pump has stopped running (absolute high points). Protection against negative pressure in descending pipe runs, prevention of siphoning, protection against negative pressure in the event of sudden pump failure.BEV-F (single-stage)
Fine bleeding valve for the continuous discharge of small volumes of air, even during operation – ideal for pipes with a constant flow or lower pump capacities.
Suitable for use at all high points that remain permanently filled (under constant pressure) after the pressure pipe has been commissioned, or where pump capacities are lower.BEV-G (single-stage)
Coarse bleeding valve for rapid air removal during the filling of pipelines – provides reliable protection against water hammer and air pockets. Suitable for use at absolute high points, in short pressure lines and during short pump running times, where fine venting (operational venting) is not required. High points in gravity sections that primarily require venting
