This service connection valve is available with internal thread connections or with PE-HD connections, each in the nominal diameters DN 25, 32, 40 and 50. Like Dueker pipe valves, it is protected inside and out with Dueker etec enamel as standard, or with epoxy powder coating (blue RAL 5005 in accordance with the guidelines of the GSK (Quality Assurance Association for Heavy-Duty Corrosion Protection)). The gas version has a yellow epoxy powder coating (yellow RAL 1023 in accordance with the guidelines of the GSK (Quality Assurance Association for Heavy-Duty Corrosion Protection)). In the version for water, the wedge rubber coating and seals are made of EPDM; in the gas version, they are made of nitrile rubber.

TOP is the valve for upper tapping. TOPsi is the counterpart for lateral tapping. Both can be fitted to pipelines made of cast iron, steel or fibre cement. Thanks to different stainless steel clapping bands, TOP and TOPsi are suitable for pipes from DN 80 to DN 300. The tapping can be done under pressure with the help of a standard tapping device after screwing on the valve. The outlet is either an internal thread (Rp 1¼, 1½ or 2) or, in the case of the TOP model, a PE connection (PE 100 SDR 11 in DN 25, 32, 40 or 50).

The compact tapping valve TOP 1014 is made of ductile cast iron, designed with an optimised coating and fully and seamlessly enamelled. You benefit from a low profile and low flow resistance. The completely rubberised toothed disc with its sophisticated sealing principle prevents stagnating residual water and therefore guarantees maximum hygiene. In addition to Dueker TOP 1014, we offer two variants for the service connection: firstly, TOP-FIX – the tried-and-tested screw connection with internal thread Rp 1½″. Secondly, TOP-DREHFIX, the rotatable connecting bend made of fully enamelled ductile cast iron with installation-friendly bayonet lock. A pre-assembled PE outlet for welding in the diameters 32, 40, 50 or 63 mm acts as the connection.

The Dueker tapping clamp is suitable for the upper tapping of water-carrying pipelines made of cast iron, steel or fibre cement under operating pressure. With an internal thread outlet (according to EN 10226-1, Figure 88) or as a blind clamp, it is suitable for pipelines from DN 80 to DN 300 with corresponding stainless steel clapping bands. It is made of ductile cast iron with epoxy powder coating (black RAL 9005 in accordance with the guidelines of the GSK (Quality Assurance Association for Heavy-Duty Corrosion Protection)). It can also be enamelled on the inside.
