The new Düker stainless steel valves are in accordance to DGRL (PED) and they are TA - Luft conform. All gaskets are desigened against FDA - guidelines.
The construction fulfils the criteria for good cleanabilty "Qualified Hygienic Design".

Constructions for vessels with block flange or nozzle:

• sealing with valve seat made of TFM 1600 with FEP-enveloped silicon ring
• valve seat with integrated resilient jointing
• bellow made of TFM 1600 with 6 convolutions. Sealing inside of the body with FEP enveloped silicon ring
• replaceable PT100 withour dismantling the vale
• stainless steel actuator with enmergency opening
• Headpiece with stainless steel cladding
• flush nozzle DN 15 and 5° angled provided as standard. Closing with PTFE plug possible

You can order the valve with options like lateral pneumatic actuator, bellow monitoring, monting of accessories (Limit switch, Positioner..) or customized valve seat.
