Various levels of machine automation can be combined freely in a modular system.

The automation level of each Düker machine can be defined by the client. In the basic version, our machines are operated manually.

The various possibilities we offer enable us to increase the automation level considerably, up to an almost complete automation, where operators only have a control function (e.g. multi-station machines).

When a certain automation level is reached, it is no longer possible to cover all functions by simple elements on the control desk.

From this level and up, the control desk contains a MS Windows Touchscreen PC, which gives the operator access to the various functions (e.g. required values, central lubrication etc.) through a corresponding menu.

All relevant process data can also be visualized, machine settings can be filed and uploaded, shift and cycle reports for the documentation of the ongoing production can be prepared.

If desired we can integrate a complete process control system. The machine visualization is integrated in a MS Windows-based network.

All data such as machine settings, shift and cycle reports and machine malfunctions can be accessed in a corresponding multi-user environment from any workstation connected to your company network.
