Single-station plants

: single-station plant with one mould for the manufacture of pipes of high-alloy stainless steel for the chemical and petrochemical industry

For small-scale series and special applications

This machine type works with only one mould. The output amounts to only a few products per hour. The scope of diameters ranges between 30 and 800 mm with the corresponding unit weights. We can offer various automation levels which determine the number of machine operators.

These machines are suitable for a large range of products - cylinder liners, stainless steel pipes, raw castings for bearing cages, liners of nonferrous metals, cast iron pipes, raw castings for valve seats or piston rings ...

For quantity and mass production with an output of up to 200 pcs/h

This machine type is highly automated and requires only few machine operators. Several moulds are running simultaneously. All required work steps are carried out parallely. This machine type allows an output of up to 200 pcs/h depending on the product. We run ourselves such a plant, which produces cast iron drainage pipes.

This type of machine is ideal for the mass production of cylinder liners and cast iron pipes.

For large diameters up to 2000 mm and short product lengths

This machine type is suitable for large single products. Diameters up to 2000 mm with relatively short lengths (several hundred mm) with a unit weight of up to 4 tons are possible.

These machines are operated manually and are predestined for the manufacture of raw castings for bearing cages. The use of different materials is also possible.
